What it means to be part of Brotherhood FC — on the pitch and off it.

Membership & Code of Conduct

  • Membership is by application and trial — approved by club management.
  • Every player represents the brotherhood on and off the pitch; treat teammates, opponents, and staff with respect at all times.
  • Discriminatory language, harassment, or violent conduct results in immediate suspension pending review.

Attendance & RSVP Policy

  • RSVP for each session before the posted deadline — spots are first-come, first-served up to squad capacity.
  • Cancel at least 3 hours before kickoff if you can no longer attend, so a substitute can be called in.
  • Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your standing for future session invites.

Session Fees & Dues

  • Venue cost is split equally among confirmed players for each session, unless stated otherwise.
  • Dues are payable before or on the day of the session — outstanding dues are tracked per player.
  • Persistent unpaid dues may result in a temporary hold on session RSVPs until settled.

Discipline & Fair Play

  • Play hard, play fair — dangerous tackles, dissent toward teammates, or unsportsmanlike conduct are not tolerated.
  • Club management reviews reported incidents and may issue warnings, suspensions, or removal from the squad.
  • Jersey numbers and playing positions are assigned and may be adjusted by management as the squad evolves.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only what is needed to run the club — name, phone number, position, and attendance history.
  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of club administration.
  • Contact us anytime to review, correct, or request removal of your information.
